“We are honored to support and provide the help our Warriors need.”
A Word from Co-Founder, Former Special Forces/Delta Operator Tom Spooner
We know what it’s like.
We’ve been there too.
Warriors Heart helps active duty military and veterans daily. When you come home, you bring back more than physical scars. Your experiences stay with you and lead to unresolved combat stress, post traumatic stress disorder and can even evolve into substance abuse or addiction.
We understand what you’ve been through, as we also been there ourselves. Let us help you break this cycle and finally come home with a purpose.
“I had always had a heart for service and wanted to help others. That led me to a career in law enforcement. I had many successes in that career and enjoyed my time as a law enforcement officer and the many roles I took on. However, it was not without its price.
The traumas of the job shaped me into someone I never thought I would become. When my career was cut short due to PTSD/Substance Abuse, I found myself alone and alienated from the brotherhood I once thought was sacred.
I was determined to ‘find myself’ and regain some semblance of who I once was. By the Grace of God, I found my way to Warrior’s Heart and started an all new battle: to save myself from my traumas. It has been a truly amazing journey with more wins than losses! And I have realized the losses weren’t actually losses, because I have grown from all of it.
My mission hasn’t changed: I still want to help others. Now, I am doing that by sharing my experience, strength, and hope with anyone who will listen.
The true definition of a Warrior is one who will come back for you…..and that is my why.
With my last breath, I will fight for those who have lost their way.”
